Seminar 2016 – Technical Textiles & Protective Clothing
Held on 25th September 2016 at IIC New Delhi. Addressed medical and protective textiles, exploring conversion of nonwoven roll goods into final protective products and value-addition in the supply chain.
Seminar 2015 – Technical Textiles: The Next Big Opportunity
Held on 11th October 2015 at IIC New Delhi. Refocused on car seat covers, build-tech, fabric joining via stitchless technology, and protective textiles for low-intensity impacts.
Seminar 2014 – Future of Indian Textile & Apparel Industry
Held on 21st September 2014. Keynote by Harkirat Singh (MD, Woodland). Panels debated future of apparel manufacturing in NCR, India as a sourcing hub, and chemical discharge risk management.
Seminar 2012 – Technology Innovation in Textiles & Garments
TANTU's maiden seminar held on 13th October 2012. Chief Guest: Deepak Mohindra. Discussions focused on growth paradigms, product safety compliance, spin dyeing technology, and fabric feel evaluation.
TANTU Online Webinar Series
In response to the global shift in 2020, TANTU launched a six-part interactive online webinar series. These webinars brought together international and national textile experts to discuss supply chain disruptions, virtual prototyping, smart textiles, and post-COVID recovery strategies.
